The company was founded in Yao City by founder Kozaburo Yasuda.

Yutaka Iron Works Co., Ltd. was established with Kozaburo Yasuda as Representative Director.

Started manufacturing and selling wire drawing machines and winding devices.

Started manufacturing and selling Yutaka-type cold headers.

Kenji Yasuda was appointed Representative Director of Yutaka Iron Works Co., Ltd.

Started manufacturing and selling the YT-6 vibration unit.

Manufactured the YS-7 inspection system for automotive parts.

Manufactured the YK-8 fully automatic pin press-in machine and delivered it to NTT.

Manufactured the YK-9 combined parts assembly, inspection, and sorting machine.

Started manufacturing and selling the YHS-850 ball header.

Received the 1990 Excellent Technology Company Award from the Higashiosaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun.

Reorganized as YUTAKA Co., Ltd., with Kenji Yasuda appointed Representative Director.

Developed a laser inspection and sorting system dedicated to balls for Osaka Gas-related applications.

Developed the YH003 laser inspection sorter for micro components.

Selected by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry as a recipient of the FY1992 Small Business Labor-Saving Technology Development Subsidy.

Started manufacturing and selling the YS-5B inspection machine for nails and screws, capable of sorting up to 2,000 pieces per minute.

Started manufacturing and selling variable roller sorters.

Received a U.S. patent for a ball feeding system (Patent No. 5,392,955).

Received the 30th Excellent SME Chairman's Award and Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun Award from the Higashiosaka Chamber of Commerce and Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun.

Received a domestic patent for a ball feeding system (Patent No. 2107794).

Participated in the Tokyo International Wire Show and exhibited the YS-3B inspection sorter.

Received a domestic patent for a ball inspection system (Patent No. 2721300).

Received a U.S. patent for bend inspection of headed rods (Patent No. 5,725,103).

Started manufacturing and selling inspection and sorting systems dedicated to micro screws.

Started manufacturing and selling dedicated outer diameter inspection systems for BGA (Ball Grid Array).

Exhibited a micro screw inspection sorter at the 9th Tokyo International Wire Show.
