Company History
Major milestones from our founding to the present day.
The company was founded in Yao City by founder Kozaburo Yasuda.
Yutaka Iron Works Co., Ltd. was established with Kozaburo Yasuda as Representative Director.
Started manufacturing and selling wire drawing machines and winding devices.
Started manufacturing and selling Yutaka-type cold headers.
Kenji Yasuda was appointed Representative Director of Yutaka Iron Works Co., Ltd.
Started manufacturing and selling the YT-6 vibration unit.
Manufactured the YS-7 inspection system for automotive parts.
Manufactured the YK-8 fully automatic pin press-in machine and delivered it to NTT.
Manufactured the YK-9 combined parts assembly, inspection, and sorting machine.
Started manufacturing and selling the YHS-850 ball header.
Received the 1990 Excellent Technology Company Award from the Higashiosaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun.
Reorganized as YUTAKA Co., Ltd., with Kenji Yasuda appointed Representative Director.
Developed a laser inspection and sorting system dedicated to balls for Osaka Gas-related applications.
Developed the YH003 laser inspection sorter for micro components.
