YS-2GX Series
The YS-2GX Series is an automatic sorting system for dual-side inspection of nuts, parts, and components. By combining high-precision image processing using upper and lower color CCD cameras with various sensors, it supports a wide range of inspections from width across flats, inner diameter, outer diameter, and shape measurement to seat scratches, cracks, plating, and marking inspection. Important items such as nut height, thread presence, and chips are also detected with high precision. In particular, the inner diameter can be inspected 360 degrees, helping prevent overlooked internal defects that were difficult to detect in the past. Its proprietary glass-disk method and 360-degree outer and inner thread inspection with a single camera enable space-saving, high-efficiency operation.
Overview
