YS-2GX Series
The YS-2GX Series is an automatic sorting system designed for dual-side inspection of nuts and various components. By combining high-precision image processing via upper and lower color CCD cameras with advanced sensors, it supports a wide range of inspections—from width across flats, inner/outer diameters, and shape measurement to detecting surface scratches, cracks, and defects in plating or marking. Critical items such as nut height, thread presence, and the presence of chips are also detected with high precision. In particular, the system achieves 360-degree inner diameter inspection, preventing overlooked internal defects that were previously difficult to detect. Its proprietary glass-disk system and 360-degree outer/inner thread inspection with a single camera enable space-saving, high-efficiency operation. This is a next-generation solution that simultaneously ensures product quality and streamlines inspection processes.
Overview
