YS-QA Series
The YS-QA Series is an automatic sorting system for inspecting and sorting head diameter and under-head length. It can inspect screws in the M3 to M6 (M5 to M10) range with under-head lengths from 8 to 50 mm at high precision. It supports checking head diameter and under-head length with sensors and can also handle screws that can be hung by the neck. Compact and easy to operate, it achieves under-head length inspection that was difficult for roller sorters. By adopting YUTAKA's proprietary special table method, it balances stable sorting with high inspection accuracy.
