YS-QB Series
The YS-QB Series is an automatic sorting system that uses a belt-type inspection and sorting method. It inspects M3 to M6 screw workpieces with under-head lengths from 6 to 50 mm at high precision. It supports a wide range of inspection items including head diameter, head shape, scratches, plating presence, under-head length, shaft diameter, and thread pitch. Its compact design is easy to adjust and operate. In addition, YUTAKA has uniquely improved the reject section, which used to be a weak point of belt-type systems, achieving highly accurate sorting that does not allow defective mixing.
