QXS Series
The QXS Series is an automatic sorting system that processes screw parts at high speed and with high precision. It features mutual data communication and supports IoT systems. Settings are easy to handle, and operation is user-friendly. It also supports inspection of the screw section below the neck, enabling high-precision inspection without neck lift. Compared with previous models, it delivers 40% higher sorting throughput and can process approximately 400,000 to 1.3 million parts per day. YUTAKA's proprietary multi-table method also enables flexible handling of multiple product types without changing disks.
Overview
The QXS Series is an automatic sorting system for M3 to M10 class screw parts, balancing high-speed sorting with high-precision inspection. It supports inspection of under-head length, threads, head shape, and more, while the proprietary multi-table method reduces setup changeover effort.
