Automatic sorting system for dual-side inspection of nuts and parts. Full 360-degree inspection and high-precision image processing detect scratches, shape defects, and thread presence while enabling efficient quality control in a compact footprint.
YS-QXS Series
Automatic sorting system that processes screw parts at high speed and with high precision. It also supports IoT systems, offers easy setup and operation, and can sort 400,000 to 1.3 million parts per day.
YS-QA Series
Automatic sorting system for inspecting and sorting screws that can be hung by the neck. It uses YUTAKA's proprietary special table method to deliver stable sorting and high inspection accuracy.
YS-QB Series
