YSW-2R Series
An automatic sorting system designed for dual-side inspection of nuts and components. Combining 360-degree all-around inspection with high-precision image processing, it reliably detects scratches, shapes, and thread presence, ensuring efficient quality control in a space-saving design.
YS-2GX Series
An ultra-precision roller-type outer diameter inspection system designed for sorting spherical objects such as miniature bearing steel balls, glass balls, and solder balls. By transporting spheres one by one on sorting rollers, it enables 100% inspection, achieving high-precision sorting of 1 micron (1μm) under true roundness conditions.
YS-QXZ Series
An automatic sorting system that processes screw parts at high speed and with high precision. It features bidirectional data communication and supports IoT systems, while its user-friendly interface ensures easy setup and operation for all users. It delivers 40% higher throughput compared to previous models, with a processing capacity of 400,000 to 1.3 million parts per day.
YS-QA Series
An automatic sorting system designed for inspecting head diameter and under-head length. It is compatible with screws that can be supported by the neck, and utilizes YUTAKA's proprietary special table system to balance stable sorting with high inspection accuracy.
YS-QB Series
An automatic sorting system utilizing a belt-conveyor inspection method for M3 to M6 screws. It delivers high-precision inspection while incorporating a proprietarily improved discharge section that prevents any accidental mixing of defective parts.
